TSRTC | Telangana State Road Transport Corporation has announced a special offer for passengers on the occasion of Independence Day. It has given a huge discount on tickets to general passengers of Hyderabad city along with senior citizens. It has been revealed that 50 percent discount on tickets is being given to senior citizens traveling in rural areas as well as towns across the state.
It has decided to give T-24 ticket for 24 hours unlimited travel in Hyderabad city for just Rs.75. T-24 ticket for children will be issued for Rs.50 only. The management of TSRTC has clarified that these concessions will be available to passengers only for one day on 15th of this month, Independence Day. Currently T-24 ticket is Rs.120 for general passengers and Rs.100 for women and senior citizens.
While the ticket price for children below 12 years is Rs.80, the company will give T-24 ticket for all passengers for Rs.75 in the context of Independence Day. Children will be issued at Rs.50. 50% discount on one-day ticket for senior citizens above 60 years of age in the state's Palle Velam buses.
